How does Offline work?


1. Monthly Credits: You get 2 credits each month.
‍
2. Finding Restaurants: Open our app to see available restaurants in your city.
‍
3. Using Credits: Visit any available restaurant + redeem a credit for $10-$60 off your bill.
‍
If you like to plan ahead, you can also claim a credit for a specific restaurant for up to 30 days in advance.

Do unused credits rollover?

Yes! You can have up to 6 Monthly Credits at one time. You can also earn Bonus Credits by referring a friend to Offline, or Annual Credits with an Annual Membership.

Both Annual and Bonus Credits don't expire and don't count towards your rollover maximum.

How do I avoid looking like a 'couponer' ?

Our minimum spend rules ensure you spend rules ensure you spend like a regular. The process is seamless and handled right in the app. No giant coupon binder required.

Is there a minimum spend?

On bigger offers, you may see a minimum spend. We put this in place to make sure the restaurants win too.

How can I get Offline for free?

If you're a restaurant partner, or an employee of a partner, you're eligible for a free membership. Contact your onboarding representative to set up your membership.

Why a yearly fee?

Because we're building a city-wide dining club, not an ad business. Since restaurants don't pay us anything to join the roster, your membership funds the mission.

Does my partner/friend/dining companion need their own membership?

No, you can use 1 credit to dine out with as many people as you like.
